Lotte City Hotel Gimpo Airport Seoul

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport, making it easy to travel to and from. the staff were friendly and accommodating, even though we didn't speak the local language. One of the best things about the hotel was the comfortable bed and pillows, perfect for getting a good night's sleep after a long flight.

One downside of the hotel was that there was no access to ice, either from the front desk or in the bar fridge. the restaurant closed early and there was no room service or vending machines, so if you arrived late and were hungry or thirsty, you would have to venture out to find something to eat or drink.

This hotel is simply amazing! its location is unbeatable, right in front of the airport. You can't get any more convenient than that. Not to mention, it's inside an amazing mall with endless dining options and a supermarket. Secondly, the staff here are so friendly and helpful, always ready to assist you with a smile. And lastly, the rooms are wonderful, with a view towards the international terminal and a very large bath tub. And to top it all off, breakfast is included!

All was perfect, couldn't ask for more.

During my stay over New Year's, I really liked the convenient location of the hotel. It was just a short walk from the airport, making it very easy to catch my flight. the hotel also offered a free shuttle service, which was a great bonus. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that I had a comfortable stay.

Being close to Gimpo airport, it is perfect for those with early morning flights. The rooms are modern and comfortable, with all the latest amenities. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing efficient check-in and English speaking service. The hotel also offers fast wifi, making it easy to stay connected during your stay.

The lack of food options after 10 pm is disappointing. It would be better if there were late-night dining options available for guests, especially for those arriving late or with late-night cravings.

Great location, connected to Gimpo airport. Easy access to terminals and shuttle bus service. Lotte shopping mall attached. Metro access to Line 5, Line 9, and AREX. Comfortable beds and good night's sleep.

We arrived late in the evening after a long flight and were delighted to find that the hotel was connected to the Lotte City Mall. It made it easy for us to grab a bite to eat and conveniently explore the shops. The room was spacious, clean, and had a great view of the international terminal. The bathroom was impressive, with a bathtub and a heated toilet seat - a nice touch! our stay at Lotte City was pleasant and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its convenience and modern amenities.

Endless restaurant options in the mall. 24-hour coin laundry, fitness center, and business center. Easy subway access to travel in Seoul. Fast and cheap access to Central Seoul with AREX.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was superb, just on top of a shopping centre with shops that made any last minute shopping trips easy. The hotel was also very easy to find, with great food choices at the mall just downstairs. The convenience of being able to walk to Gimpo airport in about 10 minutes, even underground, was a huge plus. The cleanliness of the hotel room was exceptional, and the hotel facilities, including the full-sized bath tub and comfortable beds, made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that we had a pleasant experience.
